As a Graduate Level Designer at Lighthouse Games you will work with the wider development team to design and implement cutting edge features and levels within our world. You will work with and learn from our world-class Design and leadership team, using your passion to drive for higher quality in everything you do. You will continue to grow and develop your personal and professional skills while contributing to our ambitious and industry-leading titles.

Key Duties Include

  • Work closely with the other disciplines teams to implement compelling features and new levels
  • Plan and deliver bodies of work with support of your Lead
  • Pro-actively seek opportunities to improve the quality of everything we do
  • Create and own level design features
  • Take a lead role in driving the design process, from ideation to implementation
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and cohesive design and development process


Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including level design
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan and meet scheduled goals
  • Passion for gaming and game development


Desirable

  • Experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5
  • Experience working in a studio or as part of a large team
