You’ll support our team with health and safety processes and procedures, to make sure we’re compliant at all time. To ensure you’re always one step ahead, you’ll keep up-to-speed with any HSE developments (legal and regulatory), to see what impacts on us and what needs to be done. You'll also be part of the Site Emergency Response team.
- Coordinate health and safety incident reporting and provide reporting data to stakeholders
- Support the HSE Advisors in writing internal health and safety procedures and forms
- Coordinate health and safety communications
- Respond to internal and external stakeholders questions
- Support development and delivery of company health and safety objectives
- Support health and safety compliance and track progress on actions arising, to ensure that procedures and systems are being applied consistently
- Be the dedicated health and safety point of contact for specific internal groups
- Conduct incident investigations and audits (within your areas of responsibility) and ensure the findings are followed through to completeness
- Support the Security function where required
- Cover for HSES Administrator as required.
- Be a member of the site Emergency Response team
